New Minimum Order Quantity Requirements and Advanced Order Placement

Happy Spring, loyal followers! Changes aren’t only happening in the weather and amongst the plants — there are some policy changes coming your way when it comes to making your wholesale purchases at Jedwards International.

Advanced Order Placement:

This isn’t a change, but more of a gentle reminder to prevent an out of stock situation for your production run!

We are all mostly well-aware that over the past few years, we’ve been faced with a number of challenging global events that have severely impacted nearly every supply chain, and calling it problematic is a bit of an understatement. We continue to navigate these challenges as best as we can in terms of both logistical costs and delays as well as lack of supply across a number of raw materials.  It is strong encouraged for you to place orders further in advance to reduce frustration, secure stock, and keep your business running as smoothly as possible. Our lead times, which include unforeseen delays in transit across the ocean, congestion at the ports, and internal processing of orders and shipping out the door to you that materials can take several weeks to months for availability.  Advanced order placement and communicating accurate forecasts is imperative to reduce production lines from going down due to no inventory availability.  We appreciate your willingness and understanding to support us in striving to operate as efficiently as possible to better serve our customer base.

MOQ Requirements:

Effective April 25th, 2022, we are implementing a Minimum Order Quantity requirement. We will no longer accept or process orders that do not exceed $100 in product cost, shipping charges not included. If you place  frequent orders but do not reach $100.00, we recommend combining your orders into one, purchasing more at once, which will greatly benefit you with consolidated shipping rates.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand it’s necessary step in the right direction to further support efficient processing and reduce lead times for our customers. It is advantageous to divert our energy and attention more equally instead of spreading our resources thin for a minority of orders. We hope that despite this new minimum order requirement, we remain your go-to supplier.
