Solid Conditioner, a Stephenson product, is primarily comprised of emollients, cetearyl alcohol and glyceryl stearate. Ingredients such as shea butter and coconut oil further boost its hydration power.
After melting down the solid conditioner base, you made add colorants, conditioning agents, or essential oils which should not exceed 5% of the volume of the product. The conditioner can be poured into molds for bars or into reusable, recyclable containers such as aluminum or glass.
This product contains palm-based ingredients that have been certified Mass Balance by the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RPSO). Mass Balance certification allows the overall production of both RSPO and non-RSPO certified palm oil to maintain an even balance, hence its Mass Balance designation, with administrative traceability of the input and mixing of RSPO and non-RSPO certified palm oil, but at controlled quantities.
